Mini mobile batching machine is with the state ahead technology of load cell based in-built system, water measuring system, admixture dosing system. The machine is available in the capacity of 550 ltrs, 800 ltrs, 1050 ltrs. The machine has a heavy duty drum manufactured in special fixtures. The drum is provided with perfectly machined gear ring which is driven by a pinion & supported by 3 heavy duty taper roller sets. This gives the perfect & smooth rotation of the drum. The mixing blades are perfectly aligned to ensure high quality concrete mixing & give maximum efficiency with life. The machine is provided with heavy duty hydraulic system for lifting the hopper. The digital weighing system is provided to have perfect control on quality of concrete.
