| KI-"W" Automatic Ice Cream Baking Machine |
The Automatic Ice-Cream Cone Baking Machine of "KI-W” Series are efficient oven for the large scale production of all kinds of Ice cream cones, moulded sugar cones, cups and hallow wafers. According to the output required these machines are supplied with 18, 24, 30 or 36 baking moulds or higher. The oven can be heated by Liquid Petroleum Gas (LP Gas) or Electricity. An automatic stacking device can be supplied as an extra. The machine is driven by a powerful motor, over a gear as well as a variable speed attachment. The baking speed/period is infinitely adjusted between 1-4 minutes. (approx).
These baking moulds are mounted on carriages fitted onto as endless chain. These moulds pass under an automatic batter depositor at a selected speed between 60sec. to 4 minutes. The batter pump is synchronized with the movement of the moulds to ensure accurate injection of the batter into the center of the mould. On merging from the oven an automatic stripping device removes the waste batter. These moulds automatically open and the baked cones are ejected onto the staking conveyor, they are subsequently packed. The baking moulds are manufactured from special quality cast alloy to ensure dimensional stability, homogeneous and dense surface; to enable thermal stability and heat accumulation and excellent thermal conductivity. The diameter of cone decides the number of cavities in the moulds. The construction of the mould carriages is so designed to give a quick changeover from one set of moulds to another for the production of a different size of cone. The ovens are built with rigid steel frames of welded construction to eliminate distortion. The efficient insulation of the baking chamber gives a minimum loss of heat and efficient utilization of energy. |

"KI - ZE" Semi-automatic Ice Cream Cone Baking Machine |

The 'KI - ZE' series of semi-automatic machines are used for baking ice cream cones, sugar cone and cups. These machines are easy to use and robust. The heating is by electrical heaters designed to optimize energy use and thermal distribution. It is flexible enough for high production on nonstop basis for 24 hours.
The ZE Series of semi-automatic machines have been designed with the purpose to offer the market with a simple and highly productive unit able to produce any type of cones or cups

• The upper and lower moulds are interchangeable. In two/three hours you can change the entire die-unit and start to produce with another type of cone.
