| KRISHNOL -40 is recommended for use as a nonfoming pigment and surface wetting agent in Emulsion polymer systems (Paints, Adhesives, Inks & Paper manufacture). The excellent wetting & stability properties assures excellent color acceptance in latex paint tint bases. |
KRISHNOL -40 is a very good wetting agent for Carbon Black.
In PVC based inks, KRISHNOL -40 acts as an effective viscosity depressant. |
| KRISHNOL - 40 is used to provide improved gloss, enhanced color acceptance, increased Package stability and pigment wetting. It will not contribute to yellowing at elevated temperature or prolonged periods. |

| Guidelines For use |
KRISHNOL -40 is suggested to be added to the base resin before addition of other ingredients/ pigments to achieve the desired results. |

| STORAGE CONDITIONS |
| The product should be stored indoors in the original unopened and undamaged packing in a dry place, preferably in a temperature of 5 -35 ºC. Exposure to direct sunlight and frost should be avoided. |

| HEALTH AND SAFETY |
1. It is nonflammable, nontoxic and non-hazardous under normal conditions of use.
2. Splashes in the eyes and on the skin should be immediately washed with plenty of water to
avoid irritation and discomfort.
3. Prolonged skin contact should be avoided. Protective gloves and barrier creams are advisable
for anyone handling resin products regularly.
4. Proper ventilation should be provided in the work area as with all synthetic resins. It contains
traces of residual monomer and organic substances. Smoking should be discouraged in the
work area.
5. Spillage on clothing and in work areas should be immediately washed with water. |
